Traveled to the Salt Flats with the intention of capturing some astro photos and taking a quick power nap to catch the sunrise. Luckily the northern lights made an appearance, the strangest thing was the intensity of the lights peaked around 5 am! Which is crazy considering they were protected to end by 11. Guess no one really knows! From my experience I’ve learned to wait it out, it usually pays off!
